Party & Bridal Experience

If you haven't yet heard about Amy Petrovsky's Party and Bridal Experience coming up this Sunday April 25, do check it out.  It will be hosted at the W Hotel in Scottsdale with some of the valley's top wedding and event vendors including yours truly.  I'm very excited to be a part of this event and in the lineup with some of my favorite wedding industry colleagues.  For my faithful followers and soon-to-be wed, I have tickets so give me a call if you're interested.  This is the first bridal show for BQ so please wish me luck and hopefully I'll see you there.

Black Cat

Shooting at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, AZ is always fun but this one was a bit different.  Claudine from Black Cat Vintage, a vintage clothing store based in Tucson, called me to do a fashion shoot with a selection of her finest clothing.  Specializing in mid-century designs previously worn by the likes of Betty Grable, the Hotel Valley Ho made a perfect setting.  Huge THANK YOU to Kristin Heggli at the hotel for all of her help.  Since every piece has lived such a historic life, the concept of using mannequins was born.  “If these clothes could only talk…”  Our main character, Amazonia, and her girlfriends were brought to life by these beautiful outfits for a weekend retreat.
